We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our engineering leadership team in Genève. In this role, you will help turn technical strategy into execution for one of our upcoming products, contributing to a more privacy-centric internet.

• Lead and grow engineering teams of 10+ engineers in a fast-paced product environment.
• Manage fully remote or distributed teams with strong operational and communication practices.
• Partner closely with Product and Design on strategy, roadmap planning, and execution.
• Drive alignment and translate ambiguity into high-quality product delivery.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in mobile architecture, debugging, and release management.

• Experience leading engineering teams in a fast-paced product environment.
• Proven success managing distributed teams and partnering with Product and Design.
• Strong technical foundation in mobile engineering with deep expertise in Swift, Kotlin, and/or Rust.
• Experience building and scaling consumer mobile products with 1M+ monthly active users.
• Track record of delivering measurable impact on user growth, retention, and engineering productivity.
