Job Description

GetYourGuide is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the On-Trip product group. In this role, you will own the post-booking experience, ranging from fulfillment and supplier coordination to agentic care resolution. You will report to the Director of Product, Traveler, based in Berlin, while managing a team of three product managers in Zurich.

Your tasks

• Lead the On-Trip domain, including fulfillment, AI resolution, and supplier-traveler coordination.
• Set strategy and coach a high-performing team of three product managers.
• Drive measurable outcomes on high-leverage surfaces in the business.
• Occasionally travel to Berlin for stakeholder and leadership engagement.

Your profile

• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex strategies into clear theses for executive audiences.
• Experience managing and coaching junior, senior, or lead product managers.
• Strong commercial instinct with the ability to size problems and make ROI cases.
• Track record in operationally complex domains such as marketplaces or customer service technology.
