Job Description
On is looking for a Lead for Responsive & NOS Flows to serve as the operational command center for the Cadence program and continuous replenishment globally. In this role, you will ensure the program runs with absolute precision as the portfolio scales, keeping global and regional stakeholders on track to hit milestones timely. You will support the build-out of the operational backbone for this new end-to-end way of working, partnering with systems teams to automate processes and shield inline planning teams from ad-hoc work.
Your tasks

- Coordinate global program milestones and manage future season assortment intake to build a seamless ecosystem centered on continuous stock and sales planning.
- Oversee global fulfillment for continuous demand, partnering with Regional Operations to synchronize delivery capacity and eliminate load-in peaks.
- Lead the evolution of safety stock planning, migrating from manual processes to an industry-leading end-to-end automated solution.
- Define detailed processes according to best-in-class industry standards and measure key metrics indicating program health.
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Operations, preferably within the footwear or apparel industries.
- Advanced proficiency in planning systems and a deep understanding of continuous replenishment models (NOS, VMI) and inventory optimization.
- Proven ability to build net-new processes from scratch, translating complex supply chain realities into robust, repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to synthesize people and interests, managing expectations and holding boundaries with senior leadership across Commercial, Operations, and Tech teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in strategic thinking and the ability to delve into operational details.
