Job Description

On is looking for flexible individuals with active lifestyles to join their apparel team as Fit Models in the Zurich region. In this role, you will help shape the future of performance apparel by participating in garment fittings and providing feedback on fit, comfort, and functionality. This is a part-time opportunity that allows you to contribute to product development alongside your studies, work, or other commitments.

Your tasks

• Participate in apparel fitting sessions with product teams.
• Provide feedback on fit, comfort, and functionality.
• Test garments during movement-based activities, including treadmill running.
• Support product teams throughout multiple stages of the design and development process.

Your profile

• Be based in the Zurich region and able to attend fittings in person.
• Be flexible regarding appointment scheduling and session duration.
• Be available to attend fitting sessions on at least two weekdays per week.
• Maintain a consistent figure that aligns with specific fit model measurement requirements.
• Be comfortable participating in movement-based testing activities.
