Job Description
Geberit International AG is the European market leader for sanitary products, employing 11,000 people across more than 50 countries. As a Service Controller R&D, you will combine hands-on operational controlling with business partnering and continuous improvement, supporting Group Management, Division Heads, and R&D project teams with sound financial insights.
Your tasks- Run recurring R&D project and investment reporting, including data checks, reconciliations, and clear variance analyses
- Coordinate R&D cost and investment planning, forecasts, and regular updates
- Manage the operational project controlling cycle from setup and planning through phase transitions, milestones, and closure
- Maintain SAP Project System (PS) data, documentation, and archiving
- Support project managers and controllers with day-to-day financial and system-related questions, and provide SAP PS training
- Improve controlling processes, standards, and supporting IT tools
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives within Corporate Controlling
Your profile- Degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration
- Experience in Controlling in a dynamic or project-driven environment
- Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative working style
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and interest in improving processes and systems
- Confidence with SAP and Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI, SAC, or similar analytics tools is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills with the ability to communicate clearly across levels and functions
