Job Description
SonarSource is a leader in AI code verification and governance, helping over 75% of the Fortune 100 build reliable software. As a Platform Product Manager, you will join our Product Management team to drive the vision and roadmap for our core platform infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of core infrastructure and customer needs, requiring a deep technical background in enterprise SaaS capabilities.
Your tasks
- Research, clarify, and prioritize opportunities to build an effective roadmap focused on customer trust and platform readiness.
- Interact directly with users and customers on our product forum to integrate feedback and identify opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer-facing platform needs, such as data residency, advanced access controls, and application performance.
- Work closely with engineering and UX teams to design cross-product foundational features and ensure solutions meet expected outcomes.
- Sync with engineering teams to balance innovation, consolidation, and stability.
Your profile
- Passionate about enterprise software operability and practices that lead to secure, highly available applications.
- Deep understanding of core platform pillars, including data isolation, customer-managed encryption, and global performance optimization.
- Technical comprehension of self-hosted deployment, cloud-native environments, and multi-region deployments.
- Experience in software product management, preferably managing platform products in an agile context.
- Highly autonomous, pragmatic, and comfortable dealing with change, complexity, and uncertainty.
