Job Description

Novartis is looking for a senior HR leader to head the Hire & Move product grouping within the People & Organization division. As Journey Head, you will own the end-to-end employee and manager journeys covering talent attraction through external workforce, ensuring portfolio coherence and value realization.

Your tasks

• Lead the Hire & Move product portfolio, including Talent Attraction, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Internal Mobility, Global Mobility, Executive Scouting and External Workforce
• Own the multi-year journey strategy and translate company strategy into coherent journey outcomes
• Drive the technology portfolio plan, including automation, AI and agentification strategy across the journey portfolio
• Act as primary relationship owner with Expertise Hubs and translate functional strategy into portfolio choices
• Establish portfolio governance, KPI frameworks and financial value stewardship
• Ensure regulatory, data privacy and process controls across all products

Your profile

• Extensive senior P&O (HR) leadership background with breadth across product, experience or technology-enabled transformation in a complex global organization
• Experience leading or shaping parts of the talent acquisition and movement lifecycle
• Technology strategy and AI orientation at portfolio level, with understanding of automation, data and architecture
• Product portfolio, financial and governance experience with the ability to make resource trade-offs
• Demonstrated change leadership and organizational influence

What we offer

A competitive salary range of CHF 207,900 to CHF 386,100 and a hybrid working model. The role can be based in Basel, London or East Hanover (US).
