Job Description
On is looking for a Store Advisor to join the team at the Landquart Fashion Outlet. In this six-month fixed-term position, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the store's overall success.
Your tasks- Greet customers warmly, assist them in finding products, and resolve inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Share product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage inventory by unpacking deliveries, back-stocking, and organizing stock to maintain optimal levels.
- Support daily operations such as restocking shelves, updating displays, and executing visual merchandising plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and share knowledge to support colleagues.
Your profile- At least one year of relevant experience in retail or customer service.
- Background in premium, luxury, sports, or outlet environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Fluent in English with a conversational level of German.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
